Benin’s Angélique Kidjo, She won a Grammy Award for Best World Album, for “Mother Nature.”
The 61-year old singer was nominated alongside Femi Kuti and son, Made, WizKid (all from Nigeria), Ghana’s Rocky Dawuni, and Hawaii’s Daniel Ho.
The Album featured Yemi Alade, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi, Zeynab, Shungudzo, Sampa The Great, Rexxie and Salif Keita
